The Blood-Tied Lovers (殉血LOVERS) is a romance vampire manga series written by Satoru Takamiya, which deals with the love triangle between the protagonist and two suitors, one of whom is a vampire. Takamiya has written over 20 Shojo titles to date, and is known for covering genres usually deals with the supernatural, school life and romance. His other titles include “Heaven’s Will” (which has been translated and published in America), “Bloody Folklore” and “Full Moon Joker”.
Summary of the book
Student Council president Ichika Tokubo has declared his love for Saika… and now they’re out on a date?! Attacked by vampires at a theme park, the two are rescued by Maizumi from the Student Council and Aoi Kiryu. In a dramatic twist, Aoi suddenly declares that he will sleep with Saika?! Is this just a mating of convenience, or is Aoi more deeply invested in Saika than she realises? What will become of this rivalry, and how far will Aoi go for her sake?
